Return Policy – 14 Days
Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund within 10 business days using your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
